The fourth IPT edition closing was a success

 

 

The fourth IPT edition closing was a success, our company managed to consolidate this international paintball tournament as an important event in Europe.

We have received very good reviews thanks to the climate, the magnificient location on the Peñíscola Beach and the closeness to the medieval castle, the impeccable organization and the support of the city council.

Many people approached to see the games played between great teams with many years' experience and which play in CPL division of the Millenium Series events

The Spanish teams have given an outstanding performance this year. This is the ranking for the first division:
1st PBS Totana (Spain)
2nd Triballs (Spain)
3rd Ton Ton (France)
4th Black Legion (France)
5th Triballs 2 (Spain)
6th Boavista (Portugal)

The third, fourth and fifth positions drew in points and it was decided to rank them according to positives
In the second division:
1st Stortrooper alpha
2nd Stortrooper beta
3rd Ozone

The prize for the best player was given to a member of the Tontons Flingueurs.

Andres Martinez, mayor of Peñíscola, and Jesús Ayza, sports city councilor attended the awards ceremony and showed their satisfaction with the tournament.

Game stages.

 

 

The big event will take place in a few weeks and we are already putting the final touches. We can confirm that there will be two game stages.

We would also like to announce that we will use the obstacles used in the last Millenium Series heats by courtesy of Paintball Sport Totana.

Parking along the promenade will not be allowed this year, that's why we ask you to inform the organization if you come by van so that we can reserve you car parks near the game area.

The fourth IPT edition in Spain is coming, the next 12th and 13th of June there will be an International Paintball Tournament in Peñiscola’s beach. This year we are consolidated as one of the most important Paintball events due to the great number of teams registered to participate. There has been an increase in the number of teams from different countries registered in this edition. The organization is considering the possibility of installing one more field so that two matches can be held at the same time. In a few weeks we will issue the list of teams registered in the first and second division. We ask those teams which have not confirmed assistance yet to get in touch with the organization as soon as possible writing an e-mail to info@iptpspain.com

 

New Turf

 

 

 

We are approaching the date of the IPT (International Paintball Tournament) and the organization is working intensively on the last preparations. This week, the new Field Turf for the first division team has arrived. It will be installed in the magnificent beach of Peñíscola (Spain). In a few days we will provide some new information about the news that will be incorporated this year into the second division.

 

Milenium Series 2008

 

 

Last weekend, October 10, 11 and 12, we were in the final of the Millennium series held in Disneyland Paris facilities, where the Joe Division team was proclaimed by the second consecutive year, the best team in Europe. After the different events held in Malaga, London, Toulouse, Nurburgring, came the final of this European competition in Paris.

Over the weekend, in addition to enjoying the best European Paintball, we had the opportunity to promote the upcoming International Paintball Tournament we are organizing in Peñíscola.

We talked with teams from different countries and the vast majority showed a great interest in our IPT. They asked us for informative flyers of the tournament.

The great surprise of all, was the strong interest shown by the Swede Maximus, from Joy Division team, in our tournament. We talked for a long time and he mentioned the possibility of coming to Peñíscola.
